[The following is a transcript of a recorded phone message put
out by a group in Chicago called "Citizens' Committee to Clean Up
the Courts [CCCC]." (312) 731-1100 and (312) 731-1505.]
Hi! Sherman Skolnick, Citizens' Committee to Clean Up the Courts,
9800 South Oglesby.
He says he himself shouldn't be punished. He says six federal
judges in Chicago took bribes. He is William R. Hogan, Jr. He was
the lead federal prosecutor against the Chicago narco-terrorist
gang called the El Rukns.
Background: Previously known as the Blackstone Rangers, starting
in the 1960s and for many years this gang was never bothered by
state and federal authorities. The gang was funded by foundations
acting as conduits for CIA -- including the Charles Merrill Trust
at Cambridge, set up by the founder of the Merrill-Lynch
brokerage fortune, and the Kettering Foundation of Denver.
The gang subdued various south side neighborhoods by shootings,
fire bombings, and raw terror. During the Vietnam War, those
tactics were studied as models to design a computer program, "How
To Subdue Villages In Southeast Asia". The details were funneled
into the army math computer in Madison, Wisconsin. (That was a
giant computer. How foreign espionage agents in the United States
bombed the computer in 1970 is a complicated story.)
Also, for a long time, elements of the traditional mafia in
Chicago lavished money on the street gang to aid the distribution
here of dope from Turkey, France, and Southeast Asia.
Then, in the 1980s, a very sophisticated federal prosecutor,
William R. Hogan, Jr., started to prosecute about 70 of these
narco-terrorists. Now Hogan's extended family were tight with the
Pope and the Archbishop of Chicago. Previously, Hogan had been
reportedly trained by espionage agencies who *now* wanted to
terminate the gang! To get the defendants as witnesses, turned
against fellow gang members, Hogan reportedly allowed dope to be
smuggled in to some of the criminals and allowed them to use
federal office facilities to have sex with girlfriends.
Three federal judges issued reports on this, condemning Hogan. A
federal grand jury investigating Hogan's supposed misconduct was,
however, obstructed. A mysterious 2-foot-high water flood wrecked
the grand jury headquarters. *Then*, the FBI announced that mafia
"moles" had infiltrated the federal grand jury! Poisoning the
whole system!
Since 1993, the accusations against Hogan were blocked and
stalled. Meanwhile, counter-attacking, Hogan accused six federal
judges here of taking bribes in *other* cases! Three judges in
the U.S. District Court here, and three judges in the federal
appeals court in Chicago, Seventh Circuit.
Hogan, and a ring of other federal prosecutors, also was known to
have reportedly taken bribes to drag their feet in other cases
un-related to the El Rukns, including a criminal case involving
the nephew of the Vatican Bank chief, *and* Household
International and Household Bank, the CIA-linked reputed dope-
money laundry.
Meanwhile, Hogan was on administrative leave! Getting paid while
sailing his boat near the Virgin Islands and visiting in
Australia!
Hogan, and other federal prosecutors here, should themselves be
prosecuted for matters *much* more serious than the sex and dope
allegations regarding the El Rukns in jail.
So, the fundamental question is, who should be punished first:
Hogan and his gang? *Or*, the six bribe-taking judges?
